A collection review is useful when it records the scope, date, and items actually checked. Resolve known gaps or name an exception. A completed review reflects your entries and does not mean the collection is legally compliant.

Review deliberately

  1. Open Collection Check in Coldbore. Membership is required.
  2. Review each included record and save your choices.
  3. Pause when necessary, then return to the saved review and complete its remaining items.

A review does not replace evidence

Confirm important facts against the item and its sources. A saved review remains a historical entry rather than a promise about the collection today.
