What can I use for free?
Unlimited records, photos and documents, range sessions, saved plans, maintenance intervals, ammunition, this month’s range summary, Search, ordinary reports, CSV and HTML exports, optional iCloud Backup and restore, and app lock.
Does Coldbore need an account?
No Coldbore account is required. The local collection works on your device. Optional backup uses your Apple Account and iCloud storage. Apple also handles membership purchases.
Does the app work offline?
You can use and search records already saved on the device. Backing up to iCloud, restoring a remote recovery point, and App Store purchases need their relevant Apple services.
Can I recover records on a new device?
Use an available Coldbore iCloud recovery point with the relevant account and backup key. Restore from iCloud is offered in onboarding and Settings. Review the restored records and attachments afterward.
Is a Collection Pack proof of ownership?
No. It is a dated summary of information you entered. It does not independently verify ownership, legal status, value, insurance coverage, or safety.
What happens when membership ends?
Your records stay in Coldbore. Membership features lock again when access ends, while the free features remain available. Apple manages cancellation and refunds.
