Records and recovery

We cannot read or restore your collection. Check the recovery point and the relevant Apple Account before restoring on another device.

Membership

Use Restore Purchases on the membership page for an existing purchase. Apple handles cancellation and refund requests. Membership ending does not delete your records.

Privacy requests

Email a privacy request. See the Privacy Policy for information we hold and your rights. Local records, iCloud recovery points, and shared copies have separate controls.
