Identify the recipient and purpose

Know the recipient and the purpose. A report can contain more sensitive information than its main table suggests.

Inspect every part of the copy

  1. Review the selected records and fields.
  2. Inspect identifier choices in the installed app.
  3. Open the generated file and read notes and document references.
  4. Inspect every included photo and original attachment.
  5. Confirm the destination and share only the copy you intend.

Check what actually leaves the device

The copy should include only what you deliberately chose. The file’s actual contents settle that question.

Read originals beyond generated fields

A suffix or omitted field does not remove a serial visible in an image, file name, or original document. Review those separately.
