Use CSV, HTML, or an ordinary PDF to read, review, or share selected facts. Use an available Coldbore iCloud recovery point when you need to restore the app’s collection. A file that opens correctly in a reader still may not contain the structure and private data needed for recovery.

An export may be useful alongside a backup, but it cannot replace the restore workflow. Backup is free and optional. Exports and ordinary reports also stay free.
