One item, one connected record

Separate records distinguish two firearms of the same model. Make, model, caliber, and type give you a useful starting point. Add a nickname and your own photo when they help. Documents and activity belong to the same dossier, so a receipt does not have to live in an unrelated folder.

Start your collection

  1. Open Coldbore and choose Add your first firearm when your collection is empty.
  2. Enter make, model, caliber, and type. Private details are optional.
  3. Save the record, then add a photo or link a document from the dossier.

What stays free

There is no record limit or Coldbore account. Membership adds Collection Check, Collection Pack, Renewals, and Costs and history. The app records your information and does not certify ownership.
