Keep keys and records out of support

Coldbore support cannot read or restore your collection. Keep recovery keys and Apple Account credentials private.

Describe the problem in your email

  1. Open Settings, then Support & privacy in the app, or use the website’s Support link.
  2. Choose the appropriate email subject.
  3. Describe the screen, expected result, and actual result in your own words.
  4. Avoid serials, private documents, photos, keys, and account credentials.
  5. Review your message and any attachments before sending it yourself.

Review the subject-only mail link

The email app should open with a subject only. You decide what information to include and whether to send it.

Use the address if no mail app opens

A mail link requires an email app or configured handler. You can copy the contact address if it does not open. This website does not submit a support form.

Keep the connected record.

Coldbore keeps firearm identity, photos, documents, maintenance, and range sessions together on your iPhone or iPad.

Unlimited records, ordinary reports, exports, iCloud Backup, and app lock stay free. Collection Check, Collection Pack, Renewals, and Costs and history need optional membership.
