The insurer determines its evidence and coverage requirements. Coldbore does not confirm coverage or produce an appraisal.

Gather the requested facts and sources

  1. Ask the insurer for its requested fields and format.
  2. Collect the relevant item identities, receipts, photos, and value sources.
  3. Check the dates and basis of each figure.
  4. Prepare an ordinary free report or a membership Collection Pack that fits the request.
  5. Review the final contents and recipient before sharing.

Answer the specific evidence request

The copy should answer the insurer’s specific request and state the source of its figures.

Obtain a required decision separately

An app report cannot replace an insurer’s decision or an appraisal they require. Obtain those directly from the relevant provider.
