Find an applicable interval source

Find the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact model or ask a qualified service provider. Do not use this guide as maintenance instruction.

Record the trigger and baseline

  1. Identify the recurring task and the source that specifies its trigger.
  2. Check that the source applies to your model and configuration.
  3. Record the interval in Coldbore’s maintenance tools. Manual intervals remain free.
  4. Check the date or recorded-round baseline before applying it.
  5. Keep the source and review date with the record.

Explain where progress starts

The interval should have an explainable trigger and a baseline. A progress count cannot assess actual condition.

Leave an unsupported interval unset

If no applicable interval is available, do not invent one. A catalog match alone is not a verified recurring maintenance recommendation.
