Remember what was actually done

A dated entry distinguishes completed work from a future reminder. A service invoice can support the entry. Use factual notes about the work and the source. A saved entry is a record of what you entered, not a condition or safety assessment.

Record the work

  1. Open the firearm and choose Record maintenance.
  2. Enter the completed date, relevant notes, and any known cost.
  3. Save, then check the entry in the firearm history or Logbook.

Intervals need a source

Manual intervals and verified maintenance intervals are free. Use the manufacturer’s applicable instructions or a qualified service provider’s guidance. Coldbore does not invent a safe service interval.

Keep the connected record.

Coldbore keeps firearm identity, photos, documents, maintenance, and range sessions together on your iPhone or iPad.

Unlimited records, ordinary reports, exports, iCloud Backup, and app lock stay free. Collection Check, Collection Pack, Renewals, and Costs and history need optional membership.
