Keep the copy’s scope deliberate

The format does not decide which facts the recipient needs. Select the records and inspect private details before sharing. An original document retains its contents even when generated tables omit a field.

CSV, HTML, and ordinary PDF reports are free. Membership Collection Pack adds richer selected connected history. All are exports rather than restore backups.
