A fictional duplicate-record removal

A fictional owner removes one duplicate record and verifies it in Recently Deleted. The owner does not erase the entire collection or delete backup.

Keep copies and backups separate

The app cannot delete copies already shared. Erase all turns backup off locally and leaves existing iCloud recovery points intact.
