Separate access from collection recovery

Restoring a purchase and restoring collection records are separate operations. One does not perform the other.

Use Restore Purchases

  1. Confirm the device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  2. Open Coldbore Settings, then the membership page.
  3. Choose Restore Purchases.
  4. Wait for the result and review the stated access status.
  5. Check Apple Subscriptions if the purchase is still missing.

Verify an active entitlement

An active verified entitlement should unlock membership features. Free records remain available regardless.

Check expiry and account differences

An expired, refunded, or different-account purchase may not restore active access. A payment receipt does not recover an iCloud collection.

Keep the connected record.

Coldbore keeps firearm identity, photos, documents, maintenance, and range sessions together on your iPhone or iPad.

Unlimited records, ordinary reports, exports, iCloud Backup, and app lock stay free. Collection Check, Collection Pack, Renewals, and Costs and history need optional membership.

Get Coldbore free

iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 and later. No Coldbore account.
