  2. List the document types you personally want to keep for each.
  3. Open each document and check its item link.
  4. Record missing, unreadable, or outdated material as separate exceptions.
  5. Choose one useful follow-up action for each unresolved gap.

The result should name what you checked and what remains unresolved, with a review date.

Keep external requirements separate

A missing optional document does not mean the item is unlawful or the record cannot be saved. Check external requirements with their actual source.
