The source stays beside the fact

Use a recognizable document title and type. A document entry can describe a source without an attachment. If you have a file, link it to the record. Keep its issue date and any recorded review date distinct.

Link a document

  1. Open the firearm dossier and choose Link a document.
  2. Record a title and document type. Add a file when you have one.
  3. Check the firearm link and any entered dates before saving.

A file is evidence you supplied

Coldbore does not authenticate a permit, receipt, license, or insurance document. Its presence in the app does not establish validity. Photos, documents, and ordinary exports stay free.
